RDI has a brand new, full-time opportunity for candidates seeking a career in the insurance industry! This line of business is an inbound/outbound sales program (no cold calling) for life insurance products for an incredibly well known brand that has been in business for over 50 years; combine our lucrative sales leads with the excellent incentive structure we offer and that makes for a great opportunity! This is a sales position!
Responsibilities of a Licensed Insurance Agent:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls selling life insurance products
- Closing sales of insurance products
- Entering customer information in the system
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements of a Licensed Insurance Agent:
- Must be currently licensed in Life and Health
- 1-2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
- Must be able to type at least 40 WPM and have excellent computer skills (we work in 3-4 different programs so multitasking is the name of the game)
- Confidence in the products and 6 different policies offered to make that sale
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Professional communication skills
- Desire to go above and beyond what is asked of you

- Base salary, with bonuses and incentive opportunities in addition (up to $6,000 based on performance)
- This is a VERY lucrative position, and it's not commission based only, and you don't have to pay a stipend back.
