JOB DESCRIPTION

Entry Level Machine Operator, Gutter Guard Department- $13/hr base + up to $3.50/hr bonus

7am-3:30pm M-F, no night or weekends!

• This position is in an indoor manufacturing plant environment.
• Operate roll forming, stamping, and expander machines
• Package products using a staple gun and foot staplers
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while moving quickly
• Mount roll of material on machine supports and thread material over tension bar, between feed rollers, and under rotary blades
• Laps ends of material around take-up tubes
• Starts machine and observes flow of material through machine to detect irregularities
• Stacks material on shelves according to layout

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Basic understanding of warehouse operations, and safety rules
Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb
Must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds throughout a workday
Willingness to operate a forklift and pallet jack after training
Handle petty cash as needed
