The Weekend Expeditor will be responsible for ensuring all Hot/Cold Foods leaving the kitchen are executed to spec and presented properly.
The person in this role will be responsible for accurately firing tables and synching times between appetizer service & entrees.
Occasional food running will be expected but not required.
Spanish Speaking is a Plus!
The expeditor must be vocal and able to think clearly while juggling multiple tasks. Must be familiar with garnish techniques and steak temps.
Shifts required are Friday & Saturday Evenings from 5PM - 10PM. Additional shifts are available based on experience.
This is a paid position and is perfect for someone with a Mon-Fri job.
A Candidate with FOH/BOH experience is ideal.
