Customer Service - Permanent Part-Time

Self Storage in Owings Mills, Maryland is currently accepting applications for the position of part-time Customer Service representative to work three days per week including Saturday: With the general work schedule of Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. Successful applicants for this position will have strong customer service and sales skills with at least two years prior experience in a retail, customer service, leasing or an administrative office environment. Must be organized and able to work independently, as well as taking direction and working as a part of team. This opening includes the responsibilities of leasing storage units, selling boxes and packing supplies, answering telephone calls, making collections calls, collecting rent, maintaining accurate records and maintaining the physical building and grounds. Our company prides itself on providing exemplary customer service and are looking for a high energy individual with a can do attitude to join our team of customer service professionals. We are looking for a permanent part-time employee, all year, not just summer.

The hours of the position are daytime hours and include weekend hours generally working Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays  from the following business hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; and Sundays: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m..

Wage: $12.00/hr + Incentives
