As a Telephone Account Manager, you will make outbound phone calls to customer to educate and upsell them on new products and services. The right candidate will have a minimum of three combined years of call center an/or sales experience. Candidates should be highly reliable, have excellent communication skills and be willing to constantly learn on the job. As a 24/7 contact center, Onbrand24 is able to offer a wide range of shifts. Work with our talent acquisition team to find the right schedule for you. This position has hours Monday – Friday between 9:00 AM and 10 PM with some optional Saturday hours. for qualified candidates, there are always multiple options to fit your busy schedule and deliver the work-life balance you want and need.

WHAT DOES A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DO EVERY DAY?
In this role you will be responsible making outbound sales calls to existing customers to offer new products and promotions. You will use state of the art contact center technology, sales skills, and customer service skills in order to generate interest in new services and capture additional “share of wallet” from the existing customer base. As a highly-trained expert on products, technology and business process you will work on behalf of some of the most recognized brands in the world. This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services and ensure best in class customer experience. You will be one of the best in the business when it comes to inside sales customer interactions and will need to will need to be a confident, fully engaged, team player, and dedicated to bringing a positive & enthusiastic outlook to work each day.
In addition to being an all-around asset to the team, our Telephone Account Managers are responsible for the following tasks
- Listen to and resolve customer issues
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
- Recognize sales opportunity and apply sales skills to upgrade customers
- Explain and position products and process when interacting with customers
- Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction
- Provide excellent customer experience and acquire new customer business.

- Previous experience in retail, bartending, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, hospitality, customer service, food service, or office/administrative roles is a plus, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.

Standard starting compensation includes a base hourly wage and daily contest incentives. Regular reviews and raises are awarded based on tenure and performance, so our employees make more each year. The base wage range is $11.00/hr. - $12.00/hr. + Incentives. Agents should also expect additional earnings through regular performance-based incentives on top of their base hourly wage.
Regular daily, weekly and monthly incentives are part of the overall compensation our team members enjoy and include cash uploads to company issued Visa card, prizes such as computers, tablets, phones, TV’s, trips, tickets and even cars.
