This is a FULL TIME, year round position. Monday thru Friday 7AM - 4PM.

Some Saturdays during Peak Swim Season, around 4-6 Saturday's.

Saturday Rotation is Paid in Addition to Weekly Salary.

SALARY & BENEFITS: - This job provides holidays off, personal time and paid vacation. A work truck, tools and training. - Salary is based on experience, with Performance Based Bonuses. Pay is Every Other Friday. Medical Benefits Package Coming Soon.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• Inexperienced:* * We are willing to train the right person. (2-4 week training period).

If you are a pool cleaner looking to move into a service tech position we need you.

Pool repair experience is also a plus, and will bring additional increase in salary.

- You will need good reliable transportation to get to work but once here we supply the truck, tools and training needed to do the job. But with steady employment of 4-6 mos., have the ability to take the work truck home.

JOB DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

• 40 - 46 stops per week -- both Residential and Commercial
• Test water and add chemicals to pool and/or spa as needed
• Empty skimmers and pump strainer
• Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor
• Brush steps, walls and tiles
• Skim debris off surface
• Check pool equipment
• Backwash filters, when applicable
• Record work performed, chemical and psi readings before and after
• Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: Successful Candidates will:

• Be clean cut, neat and professional in appearance. (Work shirts provided)
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to work Monday thru Friday with occasional weekend (Saturday) work during peak pool season.
• Great Customer Service Skills
• Individuals must be able to work outside in all types of weather.
• Have the ability to show up on time daily and complete assigned route.
• Ability to comfortably lift and carry 50-75 pounds, sometimes multiple times in a day, and, at times, lift and carry 100 pounds. Ability to Stand for Extended Times.
• Good driving record is required.
• Have a valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record (No DWI's; no reckless driving history).
