Line Cook and Prep Cook
Line cook prepares the dishes for the custome and works side by side with the prep cook. Most of the dishes are ready to put in the oven and some require sauteeing. The job is easy but we are a very busy restaurant so it is very fast paced.
Prep cook makes salads and sandwichesand help prep the food for the line cook.
Both positioins require some cleaning and helping with closing duties.
Hours are Mon-Sat from 4-8...a little later during season and start time on Saturday is 3
