About You:

The primary function for our Administrative Assistant is to provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects. Administrative Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing clients and visitors, creating documents and other basic office duties. This position requires the right candidate to be able work with a high level of independence and decision making. Must be able to communicate clearly with client and peers for problem determination and solving. Candidate should be self-motivated. The ability to WOW both customers and team members and live CHHJ core values every day!

 

Essential Duties:

  • Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
  • Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
  • Serves customers by answering questions, via phone and in person for both the accounting department and the Corporate Staff
  • All other Administrative duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
  • Typing Skills minimum 30 wpm
  • Internet savvy and computer proficient
  • Telephone Skills, Documentation Skills, Written Communication, Dependability,
  • Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control.
  • Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Organization
  • Data Entry Skills, Verbal Communication

 

Part Time Position

 

Pay Break down: $12.00-$13.00 (depending on experience)

 

Hours of Operations: 9:00am to 3:00 pm 3-4 days a week
