As a Shift Leader you will be:

• Ensuring a safe and secure environment is maintained by following Skyline procedures and enforcing corporate policy as well as state and federal laws pertaining to minor employees.
• Leading and demonstrate Skyline Time service and ensures all employees provide this level of hospitality.
• Supervising employees and preparing food to ensure quality products are served to all customers.
• Supervising and performing cleaning duties to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Practices W.I.N. (What’s Important Now) on all shifts.
• Performing daily required administrative duties including cash, food and labor control procedures.
• Assisting in the training of team members utilizing the Skyline Time Training Programs.
• Performing any and all other tasks assigned.
