Integrated physical therapy and chiropractic care within Life Time locations. Integrated care includes a joint evaluation and a treatment plan designed together by the physical therapist and chiropractor. Each treatment includes exceptional chiropractic care, manual therapy and innovative and effective rehabilitation.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• LifeClinic is currently seeking a physical therapist to provide exceptional care to our LifeClinic patients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred

• Current license as a physical therapist in the state of practice

• 2 years of outpatient experience required
