Job Summary:

The person hired for the position of Client Engagement Executive will have strong communication skills, critical thinking skills, ability to organize and to be self-disciplined in a remote working environment while having the clients and 3M's best interest at the forefront.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Execution- ensuring consistency of response and relationship management post sales and for the life of the 3M account, specifically with CodeAssist and Professional revenue cycle services
  • Strategy and Planning - understanding the clients short and long-term strategy goals. Build a plan to integrate 3M and the client goals. Partner with the client on return on investment
  • Client Care and Advocacy - Coordinate with 3M HIS department to resolve client issue resolution, escalations and rapid response to requests
  • Retention and Revenue – Responsible for client continued partnership with 3M HIS on existing products and for recognizing additional business needs/sales opportunities with clients
  • Leadership and Coordination - Own the client. Relationship coordination and client focus coordination interactions for the client throughout the organization
  • Accountable and measured by the overall satisfaction of the client accounts
  • Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3M's values and ethical standards

Basic Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of five (5) years healthcare work experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of account/project management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred minimum of two (2) years of direct client engagement
  • Exceptional client relationship skills
  • Ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacy
  • Must have strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, training skills, and be creative and innovative
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration both within the CEE team and across departments/divisions, interpersonal skills, professionalism, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic

Location: Remote

Travel: May include up to 75% domestic

Relocation: Is not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
