This has been provided to give the candidate an overview of the duties and requirements for the position of Crew Member.  Crew Members must have the ability to work a variety of positions once trained. Positions may include:
•        Runner/Line Coordinator
•        Order Taker/Dining Room
•        Grill
•        Deep Fryer
•        Sandwiches
•        Drinks
•        Register

In addition to the position accountabilities, additional responsibilities may include one of the following:
•        Open Responsibilities – salad preparations, pulling product from freezer, clean and sanitize, empty trash
•        Pre-Close Responsibilities – cleaning and stocking
•        Closing Responsibilities – cleaning grill, vacuuming, washing dishes

To perform this job successfully, positions require the following:
•        Long periods of standing without a break
•        Ability to reach four feet in height and four feet in depth
•        Ability to move up to fifty pounds (lift, carry, and/or push)
•        Ability to use both hands for chopping vegetables
•        Mobility (reaching, bending, and lifting)
