Shift Lead Job Description:

You support the General and Assistant Managers by managing great work shifts and completing administrative duties. Key responsibilities include interaction with customers, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, inventory control, monitoring service equipment, and training/motivating team members. The ideal candidates must want to have fun serving great food to our customers! Key requirements include accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation, attendance and punctuality a must, physical dexterity required (ability to move up to 45 lbs.), and excellent communication, management and organization skills.
