As a Sales Manager, you will work an average of 40 hours per week coaching your team of Sales Specialists to reach personal and team sales targets by actively approaching children, parents, and other prospective customers while demonstrating ABCmouse.com’s award-winning curriculum. We do not require any previous sales experience, and we provide professional training services to ensure your success. Sales Managers have the potential to earn $30+ per hour! Job Requirements of a Sales Manager with ABCMouse Retail
- Develop your team of Sales Specialists to provide outstanding customer service while delivering consistent sales results
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the ABCmouse.com product and the benefits of utilizing the web and mobile-based app
- Comfortable using a tablet computer to effectively demonstrate ABCmouse.com to children 2 to 8 years of age, their families, and other prospective customers
- Achieve personal and store team sales objectives of gaining new subscriptions from customers
- Required to walk, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers for grasping, reaching, climbing, and lifting. Repetitive motions such as stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required for the entirety of your shift.
- Exert up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Motivated and driven by performance-based commissions
- Prior management experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish / English fluency) is a big plus
- Flexibility to work during peak selling periods
