What you will get to do at Blue Light ABA Consultants as a Behavior Line Therapist:

·         10-20 hours per week of structured one-on-one interaction/instruction with children with autism spectrum and related disorders in their home, and/or a community setting.

·         Behavior Line Therapists provide observational data on the learning progress of their clients using technology based systems

·         Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and alongside a professional team, in a collaborative environment

Qualifications of a Behavior Line Therapist:

·         Experience with children with special needs, preferably autism

·         Technology proficient in Apple and/or Android devices

·         Ability to lift 50lbs or more, preferred

·         Applicants must possess our Core Values

·         Experience using positive reinforcement systems, preferred

·         Experience implementing life skills and social skills programs, preferred

·         Some college experience, preferred. Background in Special Education, Psychology, Mental Health, Communication Disorders, or Behavioral Health
