Sales Representative/Cashier

Job Summary

Looking for someone who wants to gain valuable experience at a local smoke shop/convenience store. There's no experience required for this position, however being bilingual and/or having cashier experience is a plus. Personality: positive, outgoing, sales oriented.

Responsibilities and Duties

Communicate clearly with team members and management

Serve guests efficiently and build rapport

Make sure work station and sales floor is kept clean

Show up on time to every shift

Maintain an accurate cash drawer

Follow facility dress code and grooming standards

Carry out related assignments as specified by the supervisor and owner

Provide positive guest service at all times

Follow established safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

Restock shelves and maintain back stock area

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or GED required

Previously related experience preferred

Ability to work nights, weekends and/or holidays

Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Ability to interact with all levels of staff including management

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
