MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of an approved Cardiovascular Technology program or equivalent education
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years of interventional Cath Lab or 2 years of Electrophysiology experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: NA
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT)
REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR): BLS--Obtained through approved American Heart Association Training Center or the Military Training Network. ACLS within 6 months upon hire or transfer into position
