Enterprise Role Overview:

Responsibilities are similar to the intermediate finance analyst or business support, but they are of less magnitude and involve limited authority. While individuals work independently on general financial activities, such as profitability analysis, forecasting and financial reporting, they work under the direction of senior staff on complex projects and analyses.

LOB Specific Description:

This role is predominately focused on: Corporate Accounts Payable.

The AP/FA Reconciliation team provides daily and monthly support to both domestic and international accounts payable. Our key business partners include other teams in Accounts Payable, Home Loans, Global Reconcilement and Finance Governance.

Key priorities for the team include research and resolution of outstanding items in US and international AP related cash, suspense and liability accounts and support for the related reconciliations. The team supports ePayables & Paymode programs for US based Accounts Payable and 42 Orgs in the international space.

Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure and acumen in the Reconciliation area of the organization, and develop or improve the following skills: leadership, communication, presentation, leading and participating in process improvements. SAP/eLedger, Oracle, Ariba, Concur systems acumen

Required skills:

• Fluent, read, write, speak English.
• Data analysis experience/skill set to drive insights and make informed recommendations, inclusive of data mining and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, with emphasis on Excel
• 2 - 4 years accounting/finance experience
• Strong communication and business partner skills along with ability to meet multiple deadlines accurately.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail 

Desired skills:

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
• MBA
• SAP/eLedger and/or Oracle Ledger
• Advanced Excel, Modeling, Data Manipulation
• Access
