As a member of theInfrastructure Engineering team, you'll play a big part in designing theeducation, enablement and awareness; making it possible for us to provideservice to our customers, clients, and businesses around the globe each andevery day. In this role you'll call on your experience designing tailoredsolutions to understand the requirements of a people, projects, culture and organizethe program to till the requirements have been successfully met. As ateam, you and your peers will be responsible for driving results, collectingand analyzing data and feedback from the individuals and environment, alongwith managing programs and events to completion. The position will drive the education of 'Building an Engineering Culture' and 'Application Performance Management Aware Culture' supporting the transformation [Agile, DevOps and SRE] and adoption of proven practices delivering an environment of transparency, approachability and humanity.

This rolerequires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 plus years of experience in information technology field, with a minimum of three driving: education, enablement, transformation and culture.
  • Expert classroom facilitation skills. Strong Program management skills. Advanced communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels.
  • Experience in Agile, DevOps and SRE transformation; support and deliver content for an Engineering and APM Aware culture, and a recognized change agent / champion.
  • Ability to build partnerships / relationships with key stakeholders. Strong team player with global collaboration ability.
  • Ability to think creatively to deliver solutions through continuous improvement
