JobResponsibility including but not limited to:

TalentAcquisition

You develop and build strategic sourcing initiativesto attract and win candidates to H&M

  • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of recruitment processes & techniques (candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview skills) from initial needs to the hiring stage, leading market to improve H&M's US Talent Acquisition approach. This includes, but is not limited to time to hire, source to hire, applicants per hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, vacancies vs positions filled, social engagement, and source of hire.
  • Partners with RROTD (and all other relevant business partners) to maintain a clear overview of the needs and talent strategy for RT/DT, Global Flagships and Top 30 Stores as it relates to:
  • Succession planning and internal development
  • Actual, expected loss
  • over-recruitment
  • recruitment/bench pipeline.
  • Sets a strategy and implements a plan to secure that needs are met.
  • Directs and coaches the work of the District Recruiter ensuring that all actions/plans support the overall strategy set by Sr Field Recruitment Specialist.
  • Responsible to lead the sourcing and recruitment of District/Regional level leadership positions acting as a partner to the relevant function manager.
  • Actively and continuously sources and networks in markets to build pipeline and bench for Global Flagships, Top 30, District and Regional roles
  • Initiates and maintains relationships with associations, work groups, universities, employment agencies, career sites and social media to support local hiring needs, building of pipeline and market presence.
  • Ensures the quality, professionalism and consistency of the recruitment process for the entire market and takes an active role in this process.
  • Drives & maintains a high standard of brand representation as it relates to recruitment events and our hiring processes
  • Responsible to secure the executions of the Place of Possible strategy in the field, as well as all other employer branding initiatives as it relates to Talent Acquisition.

RecruitmentOperations

You ensure that the routines, and best practices tosecure a sustainable & efficient, full-cycle recruitment process are inplace

  • Oversees the process for the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo, Apploi etc.) including posting all (relevant) open positions and ensuring the system and all other platforms/outlets is being used according to H&M standards.
  • Optimizes internal and external candidate experience by securing 2 week Taleo response rate and coaching to ensure a quality candidate experience.
  • Ensures timely completion and follow up on all Recruiter Surveys (leadership positions), ensuring feedback is given/received and relevant parties are coached
  • Analyzes, and implement actions to improve upon Recruitment KPIs based on findings (time to source, time to hire, cost per hire, and quality of hire)
  • Works with the Country Talent manager to plan, budget and follow up on open houses, networking events, and other outlets to meet high potential talents.
  • Partners with Human Resources Managers (CSC, Logistics & Support Office) to ensure a seamless internal and external candidate experience regardless to which business line the candidate has applied.
  • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of H&M employment benefits, compensation and bonus plans and can present them to the candidates and all members of the recruitment team.
  • Maintains knowledge of H&M payroll procedures and is able to effectively communicate them
  • Partners with either the Regional/District team, or Store Manager to ensure Introduction Training plans are completed for and delivered to all new hires at the job offer.
  • Ensures Orientation Day within the market is delivered according to Company standards.
  • Supports the Country Talent Manager in the creation & development of recruitment initiatives to drive the function

Mentorship& Development

You act as a partner, consultant, and advisor torelevant business partners; making recommendations back to them and coachingbased on recruitment expertise, knowledge and market research.

  • Build relationships and foster open communication with business partners (Region, District, Store, and Central)
  • Train and develop hiring managers on recruiting and interviewing skills and techniques (Region, District, and Store with heightened focus on Top 30) .
  • Plans development for and provides ongoing coaching to market on the recruitment process and standards including members of the Regional Team, District Team, and Top 30 Store Managers.
  • Actively works with District Recruiter development. Responsible to coach, develop, elevate and enhance recruiter efficiency, and overall performance in partnership with the District ROTD & Regional ROTD.

MinimumCandidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5-7 years' experience in a recruitment role, or other relevant HR function
  • Multi-Unit experience

Competencies:

  • A strong understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process and ability to recruit at all profession levels of the organization from entry level to Regional level positions is required.
  • Experience in working cross functionally
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong sense of drive and urgency
  • Strong commitment and experience with providing a high level of customer service
  • Strong professional maturity and the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
  • Self – motivated; ability to work independently and on a team
  • Knowledge of Federal and State Employment guidelines
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office and other HR systems including ATS and Internet based systems
  • Ability to travel at least 60% of the time
