Marketing Associate - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking energetic, responsible marketing associates to help engage perspective customers on upgrades to their home using replacement windows/siding/roofing products. Responsibilities: Perform canvassing of neighborhoods within our designated territories to set appointments for the products needed to help protect their homes. Respectfully and effectively communicate the details of what an appointment will entail to homeowner to set their expectations for their appointment/project. Canvassers will also accurately gather the homeowner's necessary information after setting an appointment. Communicate with team members and team leader to obtain goals and benchmarks set for that day, week, month, and quarter. Qualifications: Strong communication skills. Work well within a team. Ability to commit 26 hours per week. Access to reliable transportation required. Strong self-direction and ability to take the initiative. Previous canvassing experience preferred, but not required. Looking to evolve role into full time position or graduate into a full time sales role. Compensation: Canvassers are paid $10 per hour as a base salary and receive a commission/bonus structure for performance. Training: Canvassers will receive full, in office training to give them not only a base knowledge of our organization and industry, but to further inform them on sales structure, scripting, and sales training. Timing and; location: Training will take place at our main office location. Canvassers will meet at the office daily and will link up with their respective manager before heading out to the location for the day. Job Type: Part-time Salary: $10.00 to $20.00 /hour
