JOB DESCRIPTION
Take this opportunity to learn all the jobs on the paint line and slitter crews. You will be placed in different positions as needed.
Work with large master coils to get them painted and then cut them down to manageable sizes for production.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Basic understanding of warehouse operations, and safety rules
Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb
Must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds throughout a workday
Willingness to operate a forklift and pallet jack after training
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Handle petty cash as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Salary and Shift: This crew rotates between days and nights every 6 weeks. Days 6 am-6 pm and Nights 6 pm-6 am. This means your pay rotates also.

Day Base pay is $15/hr + $0-$2 bonus/hr - for the day shift for 6 weeks.
Days: Monday 2 pm-6 pm and Tues.-Thurs. 6 am-6 pm --- 3 day weekend every week!


Night Base pay is $18/hr + $0-$2 bonus/hr - for the night shift for 6 weeks.
Nights Mon.-Wed. 6 pm-6 am and Thursday 6 pm-10 pm --- 3 day weekend every week!

This averages out to $16.50/hr base + up to $2 bonus/hr = up to $18.50/hr average (base + bonus) plus benefits too!
