PM Manager/Business Development Champion
The position of the PM Manager at Chick-fil-a Novato is a leadership role in which one will oversee and facilitate the operations of the afternoon and evening shift at the store along with fulfilling a business development champion role. Tasks involved include, but don’t pertain only to the following:
- Oversee the operation of the shift for 32-35 hours a week; fulfilling business development champion position according to store needs
PM Manager
- Empower shift leads to run the shift with excellence
- Know and perform all operational tasks to Chick-fil-a standards.
- Execute Managerial responsibilities including all POS and EOD financial tasks
- Lead with excellent customer service and empower team to go above and beyond guest requests
- Oversee floor position fulfillment
- Facilitate nightly team huddles
- Oversee closing of store. Must execute cleanliness and preparation for opening of the store the next morning
- Lead team to perform team member tasks including proper and exact order placement, speed of delivery, and excellent second mile customer service
- Ordering and Restocking
- Be able to take and fulfill catering orders
- Be able to affirm, encourage, and hold team members and shifts accountable in context of Chick-fil-a standards
- Aid in the hiring and reviewing of team members and shifts
