Restaurant Multi Unit Manager brief description - Lima Murray Management, owner and operator of 11 Dunkin Donuts locations in Maine is seeking a Multi Unit Manager to assist in Managing an 11 store network.

- A Multi unit manager  is responsible for building a culture of excellence based on the Dunkin brands models for operations, guest service, food safety, and store cleanliness.

Multi Unit manager Manager detailed description:

-Candidate must have the ability to deliver a guest first culture by working closely with store managers and the brand

- The Dunkin Donuts multi unit  manager is responsible for building a group of top performing restaurants by empowering their teams to be the very best

- Candidate must be able to commute between the Bangor and Ellsworth areas.

- Candidate must have the ability to coach by providing feedback and committing time and resources.

- Conducts formal assessments in each restaurant providing education to managers and teams, working to close the gap between current operations and expectations.

- Focuses on each restaurants foundation around a great guest experience, people development, marketing execution, and food safety.

- Ensures accountability by effectively managing performance and effectively managing 

Other Qualifications::

- Associate degree or equivalent experience

- 3 years minimum operations management with Multi Unit experience

- Financial acumen - experience in analyzing financial reports

- Demonstrate the ability / experience in achieving sales and guest count goals and maintaining cost controls

- Relationship builder - The ability to motivate while maintaining the highest standards for self and others.

- Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time

- Ability to lift 40 pounds
