Job Summary
Provides courteous service to guests.  Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with the responsible service of alcohol.  Serves food and drinks to guests at the bar in a timely manner. Helps to ensure that guest experience and environment is positive.

Requirements

Essential Functions
1.	Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
2.	Interact verbally with all bar guests, creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere. 
3.	Serve food and drinks to bar guests and clear dishes and glasses from bar.
4.	Present guest checks to bar patrons. 
5.	Make correct change and/or complete any necessary charge card transactions.
6.	Process employee and/or manager food orders.
7.	Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via point-of-sale computerized register system.
8.	Setting, clearing, maintaining and cleaning the bar and all tables that you service. 
9.	Complete a nominal amount of guest readiness duties such as stocking glasses and maintaining overall bar presentation.  If any of the guest readiness duties your job entails takes up more than 15% of your shift, you must inform a manager immediately.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to:
1.	Stand during entire shift.
2.	Withstand regular immersion of hands in water.
3.	Pick up glass racks cases up to 25 pounds (such as a case of beer) approximately 15 times per shift.
4.	Remain stationary for long periods of time during shift.
5.	Reach, bend, stoop, perform repetitive movements, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
