Full Time Customer Service Representative DAY SHIFT

Discover is hiring! Our Customer Service department is looking for Customer Service Specialists. This position starts on February 19th, 2018. We are currently hiring for DAY Shifts (Start times of 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 AM). The starting pay is $14 an hour!

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing best in class service by responding and resolving customers questions and complaints for our Customer Service department. You'll have the authority to deliver a premium experience to our customers by properly diagnosing and satisfying the customers needs by making decisions, such as providing refunds, canceling accounts, or waiving finance charges . The Customer Relationship Specialists main objective is to use our friendly, helpful, and refreshing methodology to inform our customers of the benefits of making Discover the card of choice.

This position is scheduled to start February 19, 2018. We have Full-Time (40 hrs) Day Shifts available. Please note this position includes a nine (9) week, M-F paid training program where your attendance is mandatory.
