Retail Sales Educator
Near Dallas, TX
Job Type: Full-time (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays + Occasional other days)
Salary starts around $40,000 + Bonus (DOE)

Retail Sales Educator Description
Our client, a top bedding company, is looking for a Retail Sales Educator. You will support sales by leading their presence at their store within a major furniture retailer. Using your knowledge of the products as well as outgoing personality, positive attitude, confidence, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll engage with consumers as well as educate Retail Sales Associates.
Retail Sales Educator Responsibilities
- Engaging with consumers to educate them on the benefits of products
- Ensure sales goals are met for store location
- Educate store Retail Sales Associates on the selling process and products
- Ensure visual merchandising compliance
- Host workshops
- Stay apprised of inventory within shop
- Store performance reporting to sales manager
- Act as brand champion
- Assist in development of site promotional plans
- Assist with special events and additional duties as requested
Retail Sales Educator Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- High-school Diploma or GED
- Must have personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
- 1+ years in retail sales
- Understanding and sensitivity to visual merchandising
The schedule is as follows:
- Fridays: 10 AM – 9 PM
- Saturdays: 10 AM – 9 PM
- Sundays: 11 AM – 8 PM
- +Floating Day(s)
- Availability for special promotions outside of Fridays through Sundays necessary.
