Retail Sales Associate ( Commissioned) !! - Full-time / Part-time

Mattress1One is premier retailer in the mattress sales industry and we are looking for HIGH ENERGY individuals to join our team of Mattress Sales Associates. As a sales associate, you will be expected to lead and engage our customers through the mattress selection and buying process. A high level of customer experience, along with great communication and interpersonal skills is required to be successful in this role. In addition to that, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, well spoken and have the ability and desire WIN through problem solve with confidence while leading the customer to a close.

Note: This is a full-time positions (Must be available 5 days a week including weekends and holidays) and a background in the Mattress or Furniture sales is desired but not required.

The Sales Associate / Manager will be responsible for:

• Good command of basic computer skills
• Ensuring complete customer satisfaction through delivery and should any other issues arise.
• Maintain store in a presentable manner, consistent with company standards.
• Completing daily reports at the store level and submitting to Regional Manager
• Customer service – any customer service issues that arise in the store
