Travel Up to 75% or 4 days a week (home on weekends - based on project requirements)

Job Role: Business Sales & Delivery Executive

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
At least 5 years experience in Workday Sales leadership
At least 5 years experience in a proven track record of complex sales including two or more Workday HCM modules
At least one Workday HCM certification; two or more HCM module certifications preferred
At least 8 years in selling and delivering HCM technology programs (not just Workday)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
At least 7 years experience in Workday Sales leadership
At least 7 years experience in a proven track record of complex sales including two or more Workday HCM modules
Two or more Workday certifications, including Core HCM and North America Payroll
At least 10 years selling and delivering HCM technology programs (not just Workday)

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
