Job Description
Manager-in-Training (MIT). The MIT position is a non-exempt hourly position. The MIT is in training to learn the functions and responsibilities of the Facility Manager position. This hourly position has a six (6) day 48 hour workweek and reports directly to the Area Operations Manager.
