OPERATIONS MANAGER- RETAIL SALES
Salary $45,000- $50,000 Base 
Monthly Store Bonus  

Health,Dental,Vision,& Life Insurance 
Vacation, Sick Leave & 10 Holidays
5 Day Work Week 8:00am to 6:00pm

About the Opportunity:

Successful Operations Manager will build solid and lasting relationships with customers and develop annual sales plans with management to include activities that will meet and exceed sales goals.

Position Requirements:

  • 5 years minimum experience in operations management
  • Able to communicate at the most direct level
  • Proven track record of building new business
  • Experience with on-site project management required
  • Strong sales, marketing analytical and relationship building skills
  • Experience with delivering pricing and proposal models
  • Sign/print experience a plus but not required
  • Consultative sales experience as a subject matter expert
  • Marketing or advertising education / work experience helpful
  • At least 18 months average tenure at previous sales job
  • Examples of winning in a competitive environment (sports or business)
  • Microsoft Office Suite and internet skills, including Linkedin
  • Current valid driver's license
  • Professional communication skills
  • Effective listener
  • Assertive but friendly personality
  • Persistent
  • Detail-oriented
  • Solid work ethic
  • Ability to build positive internal relationships with production and office team
  • Bi-lingual a plus

Education:

  • High School / GED required; 2+ years of higher education a plus
