Retail Associate - No Sales!

The Retail Associate role is to maintain the best customer experience at all time through customer service and product knowledge. They are responsible for welcoming our consumers ensuring they are cared for and treating them with respect. The Retail Associate will evaluate the needs of our consumers and offer information in regards to our Home Improvement Services.

Responsibilities:

· Greet every consumer

· Demonstrate excellent customer service creating a welcoming environment

· Provide consultations regarding our product knowledge

· Assist patients with selecting the products most appropriate for their needs

· Communicate daily to customers with professionalism

· Stay educated on new and existing product knowledge

· Contribute to marketing communications

· Maintain professionalism in your appearance, attitude and verbal communications

Requirements:

Outstanding customer service and communications skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Basic computer skills
