Job Description
We are an Online Retail Store company in a fast-paced environment. We have extensive representation online with a warehouse/office location in Gaithersburg MD. We are looking for a FULL TIME (9:30am -- 5:30pm EST) Shipping Specialist for a daily warehouse work. The applicant must be well grounded, willing to learn, innovative and a team player who can grow and add value to our company.
We sell cool computer related gadgets online in our website and on other marketplace platforms. We have a lot of passion for what we do and we'd like to hire someone who can share that!
This is a laid back warehouse environment. We play music, dress casual here, t-shirts, shorts, jeans, etc. It is a fun place to work for, but also can be very intense.
We are looking to hire a full-time person for the following tasks:
• Performed tasks: Packing, shipping, organizing.
i) Professionally picking and packing orders.
ii) Carefully examining stock's condition and model numbers.
iii) Sorting and scanning of incoming inventory.
iv) Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-40lbs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Dependability
Requirements:
• Be 21 or older and willing to work at least 40 hours a week.
• Honest person, with clean criminal record
• Self-motivated with great attitude.
• Detail-oriented, hard-working, and responsible
• Must have transportation to our office
• Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English
• Must have SSN number
• Must go through a drug and a background test prior to joining our team
compensation: $12 per hour Increase in pay after illustration of effectiveness
