Job Description
Family Style Restaurant with no alcohol is looking for an experienced General Manager, or Managers looking for growth, with great coaching and customer service skills for an established, casual family dining concept. If you are driven by achieving great results and enjoy developing a strong team around you, we would love to speak with you!
General Management Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate staff by example
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee exemplary guest service and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure proper and safe food preparation
- Train and manage the team members
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant volume needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
General Management Qualifications:
- Family Casual Experience a Definite Plus!
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Current ServSafe Certification a plus
-Full P&L responsibility including budgets, forecasting, food and labor cost controls.
-Managed full-service or QSR concept with experience in the Front of the House and Back of the House.
-We prefer you have 3+ years as a salaried Manager.
