Job Responsibilities
- Set the standard for sales within the store, leading all sales efforts of Smart Home products
- Drive for and deliver measurable results
- Make timely decisions and help solve problems and resolve conflicts
- Adapt to various challenges and changes while remaining calm and steady
Benefits
- Base Pay $16/hr + Monthly Bonuses + Commission
- On target annual compensation range – $50 - 60k

Required Abilities
- Strong ability to achieve excellence in a sales environment
- Outstanding verbal communication skills in-person and via telephone; excellent written communication abilities
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends - open availability is preferred
Minimum Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Experience in face-to-face customer service
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Background check is mandatory
