Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, the nation’s leading build-your-own pizza concept, serving up custom-built pizzas at crazy fast speeds, is seeking shift leader applications. We’re looking to hire both full-time and part-time shift leaders with positive and enthusiastic energy. Responsibilities: 

● Training, coaching, and development of team members ● Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality ● Executing administrative duties including balancing of cash drawers, inventory counts, and food safety standards

● Ensuring each guest is served courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude from our team members

● Ensuring the correct tools & procedures are used to prepare, build and present perfect food

? A high school diploma required

? Foodservice Management preferred

? Strong customer service skills, including communication and writing abilities

? Ability to calculate and analyze data

? Good personal grooming

? Good cash handling skills

? Stand up for 8 hours and lift 35-50 pounds while using motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
