Randstad is currently seeking a Shipping Lead for a manufacturing company located in Largo, FL. Candidate would be responsible for loading and unloading trucks with forklift and handling entire shipment process. Main duties will be Forklift and creating proof of delivery forms in computer. Daily duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Packaging 1) Ensure that the staff have a safe working environment 2) Directs/coordinates the packaging/shipping staff 3) Removes completed work from the paint line 4) Stages completed work from the paint line for packaging 5) Prioritizes which shipments are packaged first 6) Directs team mates
