About this job

Participates in all phases of the Food & Beverage Internship Program. Responsible for the shift operations in a particular outlet(s). Ensures that all service and check control procedures are followed. Demonstrates a courteous and pleasant attitude to all our guests. Ensures sanitation compliance and guidelines according to Bally's standards. Supervises service and performance of all Food & Beverage service personnel. Responsible for station rotations. Resolves guest complaints. Participates in quarterly training and new hire training if applicable. Responsible for providing excellence in service and cleanliness. Responsible for maintaining all service standards.

High School Diploma; currently attending a college or university. One to two years in Food & Beverage Operations.
