About This Career Opportunity

The Floating Member Service Representative under general supervision, but following established policies, procedures, and Mission strategy,  provides a variety of sales and service functions such as providing information on all Credit Union services and effectively cross-selling the products and services that meet the member’s specific needs. Supports maintaining a member focused on sales and service culture within the branch.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED), Associate degree preferred.  Minimum of 2 years financial experience required.  Must have experience selling and cross selling products or services or sales training.  Must be able to meet and /or exceed sales goals.  Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations.  Ability to communicate effectively. Must have own car, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record in order to travel to branches as required. Ability to function in a financial institution branch environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, 10 key calculator, fax, copier, telephone, etc.
