Executive Admin/Chief of Staff - Part-time

Mason Finance is looking for an Executive Admin/Chief of Staff to CEO who will help support the CEO and be his right hand. This amazing individual will help build our team, support the online marketing functions, drive operations improvements and help with anything else that falls under the CEO's responsibilities. You will have a first-hand look of the CEO's role in a VC backed startup and get exposed to virtually everything that happens in the company.

Responsibilities: 

• Support the CEO with the projects he's working on
• Support online marketing team with content production such as copy, images, videos, animations etc.
• Help recruit the team as the company scales through direct outreach on the CEO's behalf
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements etc. for the founders
• Assist the CEO in prioritizing his time and help tackle projects on his behalf. 
• Anything else that pops up in a startup

Requirements: 

• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a hustler and entrepreneurial
• Creative skills such as photoshop, photography etc a plus
• Knowledge and/or interest in life insurance, finance and online marketing a plus
• Steel-trap with confidential information; you will have access to information and contacts that will require the utmost confidentiality 
• Must be passionate about this role, supporting the CEO, and Mason's mission; you will be a part of a family of very driven entrepreneurs – an experience that will lead to lifelong friendships and business relationships
