The Rams Head Group is seeking an energetic, self-motivated and talented Executive Chef to lead our team at our Rams Head Roadhouse location. 
 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Menu creation and development
  • Hiring, training and management of all kitchen team members
  • Proper scheduling with staff productivity in mind
  • Proper balance of food quality with food costs
  • Responsible for all kitchen administration
  • Proper ordering for sales and trends
  • Responsible for cost control
  • Ensures consistency and portioning of all food
  • Ensures a clean, organized and sanitary kitchen
  • Ability to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently
  • Help to grow and protect the Rams Head brand
  • Other duties as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years kitchen supervisor
  • Experience in all stations on the line
  • Self-driven, requiring minimal supervision
  • Catering experience a plus
  • Superb organization and communication skills
  • Proactive and punctual
  • Committed to being a leader of our team and mission
  • Demonstrate good listening, excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Demonstrate logical analysis and problem solving skills
