About this job
This person will start off the day working on helping maintaining the flow of the building. This individual will be working on boilers and chillers to make sure the airflow of the building is stable. They will be working on duct systems and filter systems
This will be working on a team of about 10 people. Will start off working individually and will need to maintain 2-3 buildings individually.
Must haves:
2-3 years of experience with Maintenance on boilers, chillers, and HVAC Units
Ability to Understand building automation systems
Ability to use power tools, measuring tools.
Preferred to have
Building Services Engineer Certificate
2 years working in a building with a centralized air unit (High Rise Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Hotels)
