Job Description:

Contractors will be responsible for placing and fielding a high volume phone calls a day regarding products.

The objective of the contractor is to assess the potential needs of the customer and schedule a quality appointment for a Field Sales Representative to come out to the customers home and provide a quote and or evaluation on the home-owners windows.


The inbound calls received come from a call queue and the outbound calls are generated off of a marketing lead list.

Outbound calls placed are to individuals who at one point in time had expressed interest the company.

Contractors will be reading and following a script to gather information before setting the appointment.

Contractors will be utilizing dual monitors, a computerized dialer system, and an in-house customized software system.

The system is primarily dropdown boxes that need to be selected and highlighted fields that need minor data entry such as phone number and address.

If an Inside Sales Agent sets an appointment, they are responsible for scheduling the appointment in the system, and will receive commission for each.

They are also responsible for setting up follow up touchpoints as well with potential customers.

Hours and Schedule are extremely flexible and varied

Pay:

Base pay starts at $12 hourly while in the first 4 weeks of training and will move to $13 after. After the 4 weeks you are eligible for commission based on the number of appointments set weekly. As of now at the company the average commission comes to an $18 hourly pay with opportunity for more.

This position is hiring immediately and will be a 6-9 month contract to hire position!
