About this job
We are looking for a Host or Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests.
Our Host/Hostess will need to warmly greet each guest that enters our building. It’s the job of the host/hostess to greet arriving guests, welcome them into our establishment and seat them. The guests receive their first impressions of the services by their exchange from the host/hostess. The host will also need to assist setting up tables, running food, and bussing tables when needed.

• Food Handlers Certificate

• Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and provide menus
• Monitor the dining sections of the restaurant
• Monitoring the guest wait list and ensure the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
• Answering the telephone and answering any restaurant or bar related questions
• Assist in taking initial drink orders and expedite food orders if needed
• Know restaurant menu and layout
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties as required
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
