Role responsibilities: The Administrative Coordinator OR Front Desk Receptionist - Manage reception area: o Operate multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls, direct callers to appropriate personnel. Take messages and answers questions as needed. o Greet and direct all visitors. Ensure visitors are properly checked-in, escorted and checked-out. - Prepare conference rooms for internal and external meetings. - Assist with office supply orders including o Staples orders o Office stationary requests - Distribute department mail - Maintain confidentiality of all information and communications - Coordinate incoming/outgoing deliveries, packages - Catering orders for internal meetings - Provide back-up support to Executive
