Coordinator - Service Administration - Full-time / Part-time

Mon - Fri: 8am- 5pm (OT not expected)

This person is responsible for providing administrative support to the service department. (the service department handles customer's technical questions/issues with their robots both over the phone and in person).

This person will be responsible for the following:

- Receive, acknowledge and maintain customer purchase orders (using MS Excel and BaaN)
- Service Order processing, invoicing and collections
- Monthly service performance reporting
- Audit service call quality and financial performance
- Analysis of current procedures and personnel to determine their effectiveness.
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey, report results and manage improvement initiatives
- Robot warranty and service data management & reporting
- Identify and implement business process improvements within the Technical Service group
- Investigate, negotiate and resolve customers disputes with field service performance and invoicing
- Follow up with customers (via phone) that have not paid bills (collections of funds)
