3-SERVER - Full-time / Part-time

Job SummaryProvides courteous service to guests.  Serves food and drinks to guests.  Accommodates guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.  Helps to ensure that guest experience and environment is positive.

Specific Functions and Duties
1.	Greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and drinks.
2.	Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system.
3.	Deliver food and drinks to guests. 
4.	Interact verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
5.	Observe guests and respond to any additional requests. 
6.	Present guest check to each table and accept a form of payment.  
7.	Make correct change and/or complete the proper charge card procedure. 
8.	Setting, clearing, maintaining and cleaning all tables that you service. 
9.	Complete a nominal amount of assigned guest readiness duties such as clearing tables and maintaining dining room presentation.  If any of the guest readiness duties your job entails takes up more than 15% of your shift, you must inform a manager immediately. 

Physical Requirements
Must be able to:
1.	Stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of approximately four (4) hours  in length.  
2.	Have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel, perform repetitive movements, and have the ability to lift and bus pans and trays frequently weighing 25 pounds.
3.	Perform repetitive movements, wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off of the floor and wipe down booth seats in restaurant.
4.	Transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift.
5.	Transport glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds (such as a case of beer) up to 15 times per shift.
