Apartment Maintenance Technician
Maintenance for Section 8 property in Toledo, Ohio
--Completion of work orders for occupied units involving basic troubleshooting, including light electrical and plumbing, and other general repairs
--Making units ready to rent including but not limited to carpentry, drywall repair, painting, changing sinks/faucets/toilets, and general construction in addition to light electrical and plumbing
--General building and grounds maintenance and clean-up
--Knowledge in painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs
--Must have own tools and transportation including a valid driver’s license
--Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision, open to change and able to multi-task.
--Must have a positive attitude / good customer service
--Availability for after hour’s emergency maintenance calls
