The Warranty Group is expanding in Orlando and has career opportunities available! Automotive Claims Adjuster investigates, negotiates and adjudicates mechanical claims and applies technical knowledge to effect fair and prompt claims authorization. Responsibilities include: - Handling a high volume of claims - Verifying service contract coverage and validating repairs - Verifying parts and labor charges as requested Applying adjustments as required Investigating discrepancies Resolving inquiries Reviewing inspection reports and photos - Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Required: - High School Diploma - Automotive technical degree or equivalent combination of technical knowledge and work experience. Ability to type at least 20 WPM and have basic PC skills Good customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills ASE or Manufacturer certifications are preferred. Customer Service Representatives will handle a high volume of calls and resolve inquiries from repair facilities and agreement holders including coverage, payment, and repair facility referrals. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Required: Ability to type at least 20 WPM and have basic PC skills Good customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High school diploma.
