C N As are a crucial part of our team and have many important duties including: Conduct daily rounds as assigned Identify resident problems and concerns and report those timely Attend all required inservices and training Assure residents are given adequate assistance with personal and oral hygiene, meals and nourishment Assume QA duties as assigned Provide excellent resident care according to care plans, including bathing, range of motion, skin assessment, feeding, dressing, incontinent care, and positioning Provide general support and comfort to residents Timely documentation on all residents The Courier Journal.
